Why Does Abstenence Cost
Because free commitments are easy to ignore.
- The $2 isn't a subscription.
- it isn't a bet.
- It's simply your commitment fee.
Pass: Your commitment fee helped you complete the challenge.
Fail: You lost the challenge and the commitment fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
Abstenence is a pay to commit discipline app that helps you build self control through short, high intensity challenges.
