When you close your browser tab, A-Plus Mode automatically signs you out to maintain your privacy — even from others using your device.
If you ever wish to delete your data, you can do so immediately from your account, and it will be permanently erased from our system.

Abstenence uses minimal cookies — only those required for login and functionality.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or ads that follow you around the web.
