Welcome to Abstenence. This page explains our refund policy for the Abstenence web app and for our Abstenence Activity Book available on Amazon KDP.

Web App Commitment Fees

Your $2 commitment fee is non-refundable, whether you pass or fail your challenge. This is core to how Abstenence works: real stakes are what make the challenge real, and refunding a fee after the fact would undo the accountability the fee exists to create.

If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a confirmed technical or billing issue on our end, contact us below and we'll review it.

Abstenence Activity Book

The following applies only to physical copies of the Abstenence Activity Book purchased on Amazon.

Return Window

Customers may request returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Costs

Returns for the printed book are processed by Amazon under their standard return policy for physical goods. Amazon handles fulfillment and any applicable return shipping costs or deductions.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. Customers may return the book and purchase a new copy if needed.
